Your Paintings es una página web que tiene como finalidad mostrarnos la colección de pinturas al óleo que tiene el Reino Unido. Es una historia ilustrada del arte de 40.000 artistas de los últimos 700 años.
También nos muestra las historias que hay detrás de esos óleos, así como el museo o institución pública en el que están y pueden ser vistos.

Cada obra va acompañada de una ficha con sus datos y el lugar en que se encuentra.

MASTERPIECES

Masterpieces show us three of the most significant works from the collection of Banco Santander using the latest technology to the field of painting.
Pictures by El Greco, José Gutiérrez Solana and Joaquin Sorolla have been photographed for this project with resolution gigapixel (billions of pixels, from 500 to 1,500 times higher than a common digital photography) allowing the user to reach a level of detail online much higher than the human eye can perceive before the painting.
